Sr. Contracts Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Contracts Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex contract lifecycle management efforts across a high-volume portfolio of technology agreements, balancing legal rigor with practical business support. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to assess risk, shape contract terms, and support delivery of efficient, scalable agreement processes. The position also includes improving contract templates and systems, while helping ensure contractual practices align with regulatory and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for complex agreements
• Evaluate and support legal and business contractual terms
• Advise senior leaders on contractual risk and business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align agreements with delivery models
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates
• Optimize contract lifecycle management systems for efficiency
• Track contract performance metrics and report to management

Qualifications

• 8+ years of contracts management experience in complex technology agreements
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance
• Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and issue resolution
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume contract portfolio
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
