Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled BCDR and RCSA Senior Consultant with substantial project management experience, including strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems implementations and post-go live enhancements, preparing and presenting progress updates to Global Procurement Leadership regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads a business continuity or disaster recovery program for Global Procurement
- Oversees, plans, and manages activities for the business continuity or disaster recovery function and units
- Prepares and presents progress updates to Global Procurement Leadership on a regular basis
- Manages multiple large and small scale projects simultaneously
- Collaborates with Global Procurement teams
- Learns and documents the annual risk and controls self-assessment program for all global procurement controls in scope
- Indirectly manages and liaises with domestic and international business continuity or disaster recovery coordinators throughout the procurement organization
- Develops and coordinates the testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Represents Global Procurement and leads various business continuity and disaster recovery related steering committees
- Serves as the Point of Contact to the various committees and steering groups across the organization
Qualifications
- Substantive project management experience
- Strong work plan development and progress oversight skills
- Experience in systems implementations and post-go live enhancements
- Experience in managing multiple large and small scale projects
- Experience in leading, tracking, and documenting the annual risk and controls self-assessment program
- Experience in coordinating and executing the testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Ability to identify critical business functions and prioritize them based on business objectives
- Knowledge of current legal requirements and ability to interpret them for management and staff
- Ability to represent Global Procurement and lead various business continuity and disaster recovery related steering committees
- Ability to consult with internal partners on business continuity and disaster recovery processes and ensure consistency with industry best practices
- Ability to serve as the Point of Contact to the various committees and steering groups across the organization
