Job Summary
The Senior Consultant in ivision’s Consulting Services organization is responsible for solution design, technical leadership, and client project delivery. This role ensures successful project outcomes, supports sales efforts as needed, and leads the technical approach for an assigned workstream or small-to-medium engagement. Within ivision's Enterprise Infrastructure practice, this includes hands-on implementation, policy migration, troubleshooting, and cross-domain integration across Cisco's security and modern networking portfolios, including SSE, SASE, SD-WAN, and related technologies.
Essential Functions
- Project Delivery
- Lead small to medium-sized projects or workstreams independently, and act as SME across multiple related skillsets, shaping the structure of deliverables.
- Own level-of-effort (LOE) estimation for your scope; build work-breakdown structures and backlog items with clear assumptions and acceptance criteria under the Momentum Framework.
- Ensure workstream deliverables and timelines adhere to the Statement of Work (SOW) and Momentum project plan, while maintaining ivision’s high quality standards.
- Manage change requests in partnership with the Project Manager/Account team; document scope variances and assumptions.
- Drive alignment among internal and external stakeholders; facilitate working sessions and support UAT planning and readiness with client stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation completeness and apply peer reviews/quality checks; ensure adherence to client security, privacy, and regulatory standards within your workstream.
- Identify project risks and proactively communicate internally and externally to drive client satisfaction while solving the client’s business challenges.
