About the role

Join Deloitte's Cyber team to help clients strengthen security across complex enterprise environments. As a consultant, you will support the design, implementation, and improvement of security solutions that help organizations manage cyber risk, respond to evolving threats, and enable business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work across cloud, network, and platform security in fast-changing client environments while building technical depth and consulting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of security solutions across cloud, network, and identity domains
  • Assist with assessments of client environments to identify security gaps, implementation priorities, and opportunities to strengthen controls
  • Contribute to the deployment and optimization of technologies such as enterprise firewalls, cloud-native application protection platforms, secure access service edge solutions, and container security tools
  • Analyze technical requirements, document findings, and help develop recommendations for architecture, tool selection, and security operations improvements
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to deliver project workstreams, communicate status, and support implementation milestones

Requirements

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a technical field4+ years of experience in cloud security, network security, identity security, or cybersecurity2+ years of experience with cloud-native application protection platforms, secure access service edge solutions, enterprise firewall platforms, or comparable security technologies2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and native security services1+ years of experience supporting the design or implementation of enterprise security architectures, including firewalls, virtual private networks, load balancers, content delivery networks, subnetting, or container security controlsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne, or comparable security platforms
  • Experience evaluating security tools and documenting recommendations based on technical requirements
  • Experience facilitating client workshops, technical discussions, or implementation planning sessions
  • Experience supporting project budgets, resource plans, or workstream delivery
  • One or more cybersecurity or cloud security certifications, such as PCNSE, CCIE, CISSP, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications
