Sr. Consultant - Construction and Real Estate
Job Summary
StoneTurn, a global professional services firm, seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Construction and Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in construction management and a foundational understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in construction delivery and management as an executional team member within publicly or privately held organizations.
- Foundational experience in construction management, project engineering, and capital program and project management concepts.
- Overall knowledge of construction management methods, approaches, and generally accepted practices.
- Ability to apply industry expertise to complex matters and experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing client documents and analyses.
- Create and develop client deliverables and present findings, presenting to senior management, Partners, and external stakeholders.
- Accountable for multiple priorities and projects, delivery of timely preparation and quality client deliverables while communicating project and task status to internal team members.
- Integrate with other StoneTurn practice areas to deliver coordinated services.
- Participate in business development initiatives; researching and identifying opportunities to assist in expanding existing client base.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience of construction management, project engineering, project delivery or related fields within the construction industry.
- M.B.A. a plus.
- Flexibility with the travel requirements of client engagements.
- Excellent organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform technical projects, manage team and client expectations.
- Excellent prioritization skills.
- Commitment to exemplary client service delivery.
