We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a remote capacity, working from your home within the continental US.

About the role

This remote position involves managing subrogation and recovery opportunities, collaborating with internal partners, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to support strategic business goals, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to develop and monitor KPIs for subrogation and operational vendor serviced functions; execute recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor results, outcomes, and trends with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for compliance and regulation.
  • Lead planning, organization, and implementation of projects impacting business success, including financial outcomes and customer commitments.
  • Create reporting tools and methods to track critical milestones and impacts on business goals.
  • Work directly with leadership to identify and build business improvement initiatives supporting strategic goals.
  • Monitor supplier costs, track payments, resolve payment issues, and optimize expenses.
  • Consult with business leaders and end users to resolve vendor issues while adhering to governance frameworks.
  • Maintain and monitor budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure delivery of projects aligned with supplier initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Lead or participate in project teams for developing and implementing strategic goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners as the key point of contact.
  • Track progress on departmental goals with leadership.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional job-related work experience.
  • Strong understanding of claims processes and compliance.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Travel ≤ 10%.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. Offers consider factors such as education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. This range does not include potential incentive pay or benefits.
