Sr. Claims Resolution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex insurance claims
• Analyze claim data, review policies, communicate with policyholders and other stakeholders, and negotiate settlements
• May mentor and train junior analysts, provide guidance on difficult cases, and assist with process improvement initiatives
• Requests additional information, when necessary, for completion of claim processing
• Reviews claims for eligibility
• Maintains updated records and prepares required reports
• Affords assistance in claims cost control
• Contacts individuals about claims and may provide counsel regarding the amount of benefits

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff

Pay

Base Pay Range: $64,000 - $92,602 Annually
