Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex insurance claims
- Analyze claim data, review policies, communicate with policyholders and other stakeholders, and negotiate settlements
- May mentor and train junior analysts, provide guidance on difficult cases, and assist with process improvement initiatives
- Requests additional information, when necessary, for completion of claim processing
- Reviews claims for eligibility
- Maintains updated records and prepares required reports
- Affords assistance in claims cost control
- Contacts individuals about claims and may provide counsel regarding the amount of benefits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff

Pay
Base Pay Range: $64,000 - $92,602 Annually
