About the role

Lead complex construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring project success within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, coordinating teams across various disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee quality control and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

$100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
