Sr. Conflicts Specialist *Pacific Standard Time - Hybrid, Dallas*

About the role

The Conflicts Specialist will use uniform criteria, standards, and procedures to run conflict reports and prepare conflict summaries. This role will work Pacific Standard Time hours.

Location

3 days/week in-office in Dallas (75201) or Tampa (33610)

Pay

$36–$46/hour

Requirements

• 3–5 years of legal conflicts experience
• Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Large law firm conflicts experience
• Juris Doctor

Responsibilities

• Review new matter memos for accuracy and completion
• Search all relevant and necessary parties in the firm’s conflicts database
• Review conflict-of-interest reports and prepare summaries based on actual and potential conflicts
• Provide summaries to requesting attorneys and respond to questions
• Adhere to all firm and department policies and procedures related to searching, reviewing conflict reports, and preparing summaries
• Assist with keeping all shared documents accurate and help train Conflicts Specialists and Clerks
