About the role

The Sr. Compliance Analyst - Power Systems is a key technical contributor within the Product Development organization, responsible for driving product certification and compliance activities to ensure industrial generator systems meet global regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance on standards and regulations related to engines, emissions, and industrial generator systems
  • Partner with product development teams to define, implement, and maintain certification strategies for new and existing products
  • Support exhaust emissions documentation, certification, and compliance activities for internally and externally sourced engines
  • Capture, document, and maintain technical documentation required for global market access
  • Coordinate certification testing and compliance activities with government agencies and independent third-party organizations
  • Develop, maintain, and update compliance tools and processes
  • Proactively identify and mitigate certification risks throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product compliance, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of international standards and regulations relevant to engines, emissions, and industrial generator systems
  • Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards
  • Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as UL, TUV, CE, and others
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in product compliance or quality management (e.g., CQI-9, ISO 17021, etc.) are a plus

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with regulatory affairs software (e.g., Certify, CertifyPro)

Pay

$76,050 annually

Schedule

First Shift (Day) - 40 hours per week
