About the role
The Sr. Compliance Analyst - Power Systems is a key technical contributor within the Product Development organization, responsible for driving product certification and compliance activities to ensure industrial generator systems meet global regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on standards and regulations related to engines, emissions, and industrial generator systems
- Partner with product development teams to define, implement, and maintain certification strategies for new and existing products
- Support exhaust emissions documentation, certification, and compliance activities for internally and externally sourced engines
- Capture, document, and maintain technical documentation required for global market access
- Coordinate certification testing and compliance activities with government agencies and independent third-party organizations
- Develop, maintain, and update compliance tools and processes
- Proactively identify and mitigate certification risks throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product compliance, quality assurance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of international standards and regulations relevant to engines, emissions, and industrial generator systems
- Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards
- Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as UL, TUV, CE, and others
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications in product compliance or quality management (e.g., CQI-9, ISO 17021, etc.) are a plus

$76,050 annually
