About the role

The Sr. Complex Claims Adjuster will be responsible for handling high-value claims, coordinating with external parties, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of complex insurance disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze complex insurance claims to determine coverage and appropriate compensation
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and third-party vendors to resolve disputes and provide solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for claims processing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless claim resolution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting insurance claims

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., insurance, risk management)
  • At least 5 years of experience in claims adjusting, preferably in complex or high-value cases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance policies and claims handling procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with claims software and databases
