About the role

In this role, you will lead and/or support a variety of compensation initiatives and projects enterprise-wide, including compensation program design and the annual merit and incentive process. You will foster strong partnerships and interaction with internal business partners, addressing HRBP and leader questions regarding compensation and providing timely resolution of any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the salary survey process, including participating and tracking submission deadlines, processing payments, and analyzing survey results to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Participate in the design of compensation plans, such as incentive and commission plans.
  • Manage the market pricing system, including survey data maintenance, survey participation, aging & job level mapping methodology, and data integrity/maintenance.
  • Evaluate market data and trends, conducting analyses to determine the competitiveness of compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding compensation.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, focusing on market pricing and job architecture.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday, specifically in compensation dashboards and data governance (preferred).
  • Excellent ability to manage complex compensation cycles with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills for juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of stock plans, such as RSU plans.
  • Ability to design compensation plans, including incentive and commission plans.
  • Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation, incentive modeling, and trend identification, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
