About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Compensation Partner to join a dynamic People team. In this role, you will help design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support competitive pay practices and internal equity.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations based on market insights and organizational needs.
- Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Lead annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and equity awards.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related initiatives and decisions.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements as needed.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and applicable regulations.
- Ensure consistent application of compensation programs across the organization.
- Provide guidance and education to HR teams and people leaders on compensation practices and policies.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR, and other key stakeholders to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on compensation-related matters.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving total rewards, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate compensation data within HR systems and tools.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations on compensation trends, metrics, and program outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive programs.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience managing compensation cycles and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of compensation-related regulations and compliance requirements.
