About the role
As a Senior Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care. With weekends being the most high-traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional leasing experience through personalized, creative tours and recommendations tailored to each prospective resident’s preferences.
- Drive leasing performance with personalized connections, creative marketing campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media engagement to build community enthusiasm.
- Maintain consistent follow-through by reaching out with tailored updates about ideal floorplans, new neighborhood openings, and local highlights to keep prospects engaged.
- Build genuine relationships with both prospective residents and colleagues to foster a sense of community and deliver a spectacular experience.
- Support, guide, and provide on-the-job training to leasing team members; serve as a resource for new hires.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1+ year of experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
