Sr. Communications Mgr - Executive

Regular, full-time position. Fluency in English required. Work shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Office-centric role — in office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling executive narratives.
  • Develop stories and initiatives for external audiences that align with strategy and objectives.
  • Create memorable stories that connect strategy to purpose and culture.
  • Develop consistent themes, proof points, and key messages across channels tailored for different audiences.
  • Write remarks, social media posts, video scripts, earnings-related communications, and major-event speeches in the CEO’s authentic voice.
  • Produce enterprise-level or cross-functional communications strategies in high-skill specialty areas with large-scale impact.
  • Provide direct strategic guidance for the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Build alignment across high-impact stakeholders.
  • Travel as needed to support executive speaking engagements.
  • Provide crisis and reputation communications support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience influencing and advising executive leaders and leading major initiatives with a track record of positive results.
  • Demonstrated business and/or financial services industry acumen.
  • Proven experience in leading and creating internal/external communications strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, influence others, meet tight deadlines, and manage risk.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Proficient in digital platforms, AI tools, and basic media formats.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial literacy (earnings, investor relations, banking fundamentals).
