We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes description paragraph at top: "This position can be located at any Huntington corporate office. The Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager – Technology Finance underwrites credit exposure for large, complex customer relationships and circumstances. Includes day-to-day interaction with assigned Sales Reps, management of portfolio risk, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. A critical component of this role is early identification of emerging credit problems and industry trends." That could be "About the role". Then "Responsibilities" from "Duties And Responsibilities" block. Then "Qualifications" maybe combine Required and Preferred? Could separate "Requirements" and "Preferred Qualifications". But we should only include sections with real content. We have Required Qualifications list, Preferred Qualifications list. Also we have Compensation Range and Benefits info. Also Workplace Type info. Also Exempt Status maybe not needed. Also Applications Accepted Through date maybe minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove navigation/legal etc. Also remove duplicated lines (Strong interpersonal skills appears twice). Keep only one. We must preserve all substantive information. So include compensation range, benefits description, workplace type, exempt status maybe not needed but could be included as short p? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Exempt status maybe minor metadata; could be short p. Applications Accepted Through also minor metadata; could be short p. We should not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation range and benefits, so we can have a "Compensation and Benefits" section? But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Compensation and Benefits into one section titled "Compensation and Benefits". Or separate "Compensation" and "Benefits". Since both present, we could have two sections but maybe better to combine to avoid thin sections. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Combining is okay. We'll make a section "Compensation and Benefits". Use

    Compensation and Benefits

. Inside we can have p for compensation range and ul for benefits. Workplace Type: we have info about office, flexible work arrangement. Could be a section "Workplace Type". That's substantive. We also have "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine into "Qualifications" with subheadings? But we cannot use headings other than h3? The instruction only says use h3 for section headings. It doesn't forbid using other headings like h4? Safer to stick to h3 only. Could have two sections: "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Both are substantive. Could combine but might lose distinction. However we can still combine into one section with two lists labeled via

    maybe. But they said use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a

preceding each list to indicate required vs preferred. That's okay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (with required and preferred), Compensation and Benefits, Workplace Type. Possibly also Exempt Status and Application deadline as minor metadata in a short p at end. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all duties/responsibilities text. Let's extract duties/responsibilities paragraph: It's a long block starting with "Services, deepens, and retains assigned profitable customer relationships..." Actually the text: "Duties And Responsibilities Services, deepens, and retains assigned profitable customer relationships by pro-actively evaluating and mitigating associated business risks and opportunities, per established Huntington policies, procedures, and Guiding Principles.Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks. Responsible for underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio working directly with the Team Leader and Regional Credit Officer. Underwrites complex and large credit requests for prospects and clients. Possesses a mastery of client and industry expertise, analyzes company performance and the impact of industry and competitive dynamics and macroeconomic events on the creditworthiness of prospects and clients. Accountable for risk evaluation and associated regulatory compliance requirements. Provides independent, in-depth analysis of financial statements, projections, and business plans; identifies and mitigates key risks. Accountable for and manages assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, identifying issues, and following through for remediation. Responsible for financial statement spreading, risk rating integrity, compliance, and regulatory review. Responsible for maintaining an extensive level of knowledge of corporate banking, investment banking, and commercial banking solutions, in addition to market trends and business drivers. Understands and articulates industry trends, patterns in the economy, and the implications thereof, and proactively shares information across the organization.Mentor Credit Analysts and junior-level Portfolio Managers.Performs other duties as assigned." We need to split into list items. Each sentence could be a list item. We'll create

      • for each duty. Now Required Qualifications: "Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis." Note missing space after period; we keep as is. Preferred Qualifications list: "Experience conducting cash flow analysis for large, complex publicly traded companies.Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Desktop applications.Proficiency with Moody’s spreading software.Previous equipment finance underwriting experience.Strong interpersonal skills and solid written/verbal communication.Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and solid written/verbal communication.RMA-CRC designation.CLFP designation. #CML" We need to deduplicate "Strong interpersonal skills and solid written/verbal communication." appears twice; keep once. Also "#CML" maybe a tag; keep as is. Now Compensation and Benefits: Compensation Range: "$70,000 - $154,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan." Benefits: "In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)." We'll make a p for compensation range and then a ul for benefits. Workplace Type: "Description This position can be located at any Huntington corporate office." Actually that is in description. Then later: "Workplace Type Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in-office and work from home. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. Remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team." We need to capture that. The first sentence about location can be part of About the role. Then Workplace Type section: we can have p summarizing. Now minor metadata: Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime). Applications Accepted Through 10/02/2026. Also maybe "Huntington expects to accept applications through at least the date above, and may continue to accept applications until the position is filled." We'll fold into a short p at end. Now produce HTML. Structure:
