Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Assist clients in developing tailored insurance programs, including endorsements, audits, and renewals.
• Provide proactive insights on coverages, compliance updates, and risk management strategies.
• Maintain and develop relationships with insurance carriers to secure competitive pricing and policy options.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage claims processes and address client inquiries promptly.
• Review and analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and agreements for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand client coverage portfolios.
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments to better serve client needs.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 10+ years managing commercial lines accounts from start to finish.
• Experience with Applied Epic is highly preferred.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
