Sr. Commercial Field Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Commercial Field Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a local on-site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You will also support Account Managers in influencing stakeholders, selling, or installing energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large-scale commercial buildings.
- Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into the program database.
- Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products.
- Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
- Travel throughout a defined territory (company vehicle provided).
Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant industry experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- An associate's degree with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
- Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Pay
$55,700.00 - $83,500.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The position involves travel throughout a defined territory and may require field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company.
Physical Nature of the Job

Driving
This is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers. Driving is required for this position.
