About the role
Axos Bank Target Range: $70,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 7.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 7.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial and collateral analysis for due diligence and evaluate loan repayment ability regarding asset based lending portfolio to minimize credit losses for commercial loans
- Review ongoing financial and collateral performance on existing portfolio accounts
- Analyze and recommend appropriate workout strategies to maximize value of loan assets
- Perform and approve loan reviews as needed
- Monitor loans in Bankruptcies and Receiverships
- Support loss mitigation requests and recommend workout options, including; loan modification, deed in lieu, and short sale requests
- Ensure compliance with servicing guides, process special assets inquiries such as; taxes, insurance, appraisals, inspections, etc; and identify potential vendors for such tasks
- Perform activities associated with maintaining process/operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems and the flow of information
- Receive clear communication including feedback, coaching, individual needs assessment, and training gaps, including regular, one-on-one performance reviews to ensure performance ad quality standards are being met
- Prepare documents for amendments, restructures, client requests and review reports according to regulations, policies and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in portfolio management
