Sr. Collections Representative

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for duties under Collections Representative as well as researching Payors and informing of any updates to medical policies/bulletins, billing requirements, and analysis of denial trends with payors, etc.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age OR older Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel Ability to work between the hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST
• Preferred Qualifications Medical Billing experience Familiar with explanation of benefits and appeals
