Sr CNO/CNE Tool Developer

About the role

This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced developer who thrives in complex technical environments and can lead capability development efforts across multiple platforms. You will architect, design, and develop advanced cyber capabilities, guide junior developers, and collaborate with mission partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Required Skills

• Expertise developing custom cyber capabilities, implants, or exploitation tools
• Proficiency writing code in Python, C, C++, or similar languages
• Experience performing Software Configuration Management
• In-depth experience developing, testing, and debugging software for Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of low-level systems development, OS internals, and API interactions
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor mid-level developers

Qualifications

The role requires a Top Secret (TS) level clearance.
