Responsibilities
- Manage candidate relationships
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Prepare and deliver effective in-person interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess fit and make recommendations
- Follow up with candidates after interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ATS systems
- Experience with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
