Responsibilities
- Manage candidate relationships
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates after interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with legal or professional services firms
- Knowledge of legal industry terminology
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
