Position Introduction
Oklahoma’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Cancer Center, the Stephenson Cancer Center seeks a Senior Clinical Trials Budget Analyst to support and advance its growing clinical research enterprise. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial integrity, quality, and sustainability of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex budget development and negotiation activities
- Perform coverage analysis and ensure compliance with institutional cost structures and billing standards
- Partner with investigators, study teams, sponsors, and health system stakeholders to optimize trial financial performance and support efficient study activation
- Contribute to broader financial operations by supporting analytical reporting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operational excellence and analytics teams to enhance clinical research financial management
- Support strategic partnerships to align financial strategies with research objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field
- 36 months experience in auditing, budget, accounting, or other business-related positions
- Equivalency of 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months related experience
