Sr. Clinical Technology Portfolio Owner - UM Clinical Decision

Position Purpose

Analyze moderately complex business objectives and engage closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure implementation of product vision. Own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production.

• Research and analyze complex business system issues and develop recommendations to improve processes
• Lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects while continuously communicating product objectives
• Build a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized
• Collaborate with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions
• Simulate and test process systems improvements considering usability and industry standards
• Approve each feature and continuously communicate with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to product vision and to proactively evaluate risks
• Drive sprint and release plans and communicate changes to business teams

Requirements

• Experience supporting healthcare data integrations and automation platforms
• Experience with UM authorization workflows and clinical guidelines
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical, compliance, and technology teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends
• Knowledge of Information Technology
• Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred

Pay

Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
