Sr. Director, Clinical Technology Portfolio Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product strategy and roadmaps by aligning leaders and teams
• Oversee the product lifecycle for multiple enterprise products from design to support
• Affirm funding and assess value and ROI of product developments
• Coach and monitor the agile development process to optimize efficiency
• Negotiate changes to systems with senior leadership and technology teams
• Integrate market changes into actionable product improvements
• Act as a thought leader, collaborating with stakeholders to share global insights

Qualifications

• Strategic healthcare product leadership with expertise in care management and LTSS
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Prominent experience in building high-performing teams and driving accountability
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business operations and systems integration
