About the role

This is a field-based position in Cleveland, OH within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that improve the treatment of heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Interface: Acts as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
• Relationship Building: Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Comprehensive Support: Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for field inquiries. Demonstrates thorough command of all CRM products, related technical knowledge, trends, and regional case coverage.
• Training and Education: Develops, leads, and facilitates training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Sales Support: Provides back-up support to the Cardiac Rhythm Team in:
  • Sales support
  • Regional training seminars
  • Clinical studies/data collection
  • Troubleshooting
  • New product in-service training for physicians, nurses, and sales representatives
• Mentors and provides leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists.
• Continuously develops engineering, sales, and technical skills relative to the overall Arrhythmia Management strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Certifications in CRM products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Ability to apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve goals.
• Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously and efficiently.
• Extensive personal computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent software for graphics, word processing, databases, and authoring programs.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
