About the role
The Department of Pediatrics section of the Neonatal intensive Care Unit (NICU) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to support innovative research initiatives within our Pediatric NICU.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex clinical studies focused on improving outcomes for critically ill newborns
- Partner closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary research teams
- Oversee study implementation from start-up through close-out
- Ensure protocol compliance
- Mentor junior staff
- Serve as a key liaison between investigators, sponsors, and families
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health profession, physical science, biological science, or nursing
- 48 months of clinical practice, nursing, or research program coordination experience
Qualifications
- One of the following licenses is required, based on the assigned area or department:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure through the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Physician Assistant (PA) licensure through the Oklahoma Medical Board

Targeted Salary $72,600 annually, based on experience.
