Sr Clinical Research Coordinator

About the Role

Rapidly growing biotech is seeking a highly organized Clinical Operations Coordinator (Senior CTA) to support the Clinical Operations team across multiple clinical programs. This individual will assist with operational tracking, purchase orders, budget management, reporting, meeting coordination, onboarding activities, and departmental administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced biotech organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical operations trackers, reports, dashboards, and study documentation.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and vendor-related activities.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Support onboarding of contractors, vendors, and new team members.
• Create and maintain workflow diagrams, process maps, and organizational charts using Visio.
• Assist with departmental reports, metrics, and operational projects.
• Support Clinical Program Managers and Clinical Operations leadership across multiple studies.
• Help maintain organized documentation and inspection-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, clinical research, project coordination, biotech, pharma, or CRO environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sponsor or CRO experience.
• CTA, Clinical Operations Coordinator, or Clinical Operations Specialist background.
• Experience with purchase orders, budget tracking, and invoice management.
• Familiarity with Veeva, CTMS, or related clinical systems.
• Basic understanding of clinical research and trial operations.

Target Bill Rate: ~$72/hour (flexible) | Location: Remote (EST) | Start: Immediate
