About the role

The Division of Speech Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Clinical Director to lead our team. This position will oversee clinical services, staff development, and programmatic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate speech therapy services into multidisciplinary care plans.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Represent the division at local, regional, and national conferences to promote the field of speech therapy.

Requirements

• A Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical practice and management.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing speech therapy services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
