Speech Therapist Clinical Fellow

About the role

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities by designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans. Your responsibilities include delivering effective therapy services, collaborating with patients and caregivers, and ensuring patient independence and progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and make referrals when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote ongoing independence.
• Participate in meetings and maintain equipment and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensure or certification as required in the state of practice.
