About the role
We are seeking a motivated Speech Therapist - Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our In-House Therapy Team at Regency Care of Rogue Valley, a skilled nursing community in Grants Pass, OR. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical SLP while receiving structured supervision and support from experienced clinicians.
- Provide evaluation and treatment for adults with dysphasia, cognitive-communication, and speech/language disorders.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team.
- Develop clinical reasoning skills in a medically diverse setting.
- Receive consistent mentorship and feedback to support successful CCC attainment.

Requirements
- Licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology or the Accrediting Body.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligible for state licensure.
- Passion for working with older adults.
- Strong communication and clinical curiosity.
