Supports leadership in achieving the goals and tactics of the JH Health System Strategic Plan through provision of analytic models and business intelligence informatics. Leads design, development, and maintenance of multiple informatics and analytic models within enterprise support systems. Key Accountabilities Exercises good judgement and sound decision making in researching critical issues and generating innovative solutions for efficient workflow and deliverables executionLeads as project manager with assigned project management activities including prioritizing, assigning, and reviewing deliverables for the teamProvides leadership for implementation of new and upgraded systems/releases or new/revised operational proceduresTrains other employees in the use of support systems and reporting toolsIdentifies operational improvement opportunities and assists with implementing solutionsEnhances professional growth to remain current on market trends, emerging analytic solutions, and advances in informaticsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Business, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Electronic Health Record systems analysis, workflow process analysis, data warehouse support analytics, and/or application systems with record of tangible accomplishment in applying these skills in the health care environmentComputer skills including proficient knowledge of full Microsoft Office SuiteStrong project management skills Apply
