Sr. Clinical Consultant- Workforce and Workload Management

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders and leaders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite within the Acute and Outpatient venues of care.
• Provide clinical guidance and expertise to customers and internal project teams; consult and collaborate with clients to design optimal clinical workflows; and facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis with an emphasis on understanding the change impact and recommending strategies to prepare for adoption of the change to reach desired workforce and workload management outcomes.
• Manage and own the customer’s value measurement plan for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload implementation; support the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the customer as committed.
• Lead customer meetings and facilitate discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology; and cultivate customer relationships to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical consulting and workflow design.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in healthcare settings.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle Health Workforce and Workload solutions, specifically Staff Manager, Physician Scheduler, Assignment Manager, ShiftAlert, Demand Manager, Outcomes-Driven Acuity, and Patient Progress Manager.
