What You'll Do
- Mentoring and coaching junior CSR staff
- Building strong relationships with clients to become a strategic business partner
- Facilitating policy renewals for complex accounts and larger book of business
- Communicating with clients about renewal options, premiums, and necessary updates
- Supporting 1099 producers with client service and sales activities
- Understanding client needs and preferences to meet expectations
- Delivering high-quality service and resolving client inquiries and issues promptly
- Assisting clients with policy-related questions, coverage inquiries, and claims assistance
- Maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and renewal schedules
- Processing policy endorsements, amendments, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and agency standards
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of client service standards
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in insurance client service, support, or related roles, with a track record of success in managing complex accounts
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active progress toward industry designation preferred, such as CISR, CIC, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on Commercial and Specialty markets
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with producers and other team members
- Proficiency in using computer applications and agency-specific software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
