About the role
Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. We specialize in personalized financial planning through our Roundtable and UniFi processes, serving over 80,000 households across 140 offices nationwide since 1997.
Responsibilities
- New Client Onboarding: Ensures accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork/set up, follows up on funds transfer, maintains CRM-Salesforce database, researches and follows up on issues with Broker/Dealer, Wealth Enhancement Group Operations, and vendors, records incoming assets to appropriate blotting tool.
- Client Relationship Management: Dialogues with clients to understand their financial needs, prepares account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc., communicates to understand client requests, determines what needs to be done; communicates to the advisor or handles issue resolution, includes death claim processing, works with client's tax or legal counsel on concerns.
- Client Review Prep and Follow Up: Gathers client data, prepares materials for client meetings and reviews, conducts tax research (1099s), completes follow-up needs for clients.
- Industry/Company Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge and accurately executes WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model, understands financial terminology and products, works proficiently with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices, attends Client Services and company educational events.
- Team and Corporate Support: Assists Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes, completes operational projects to support enhancements and changes, communicates process and sales updates to team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; finance, economics or related
- 3+ years Financial Services experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year as Client Service Associate
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00.
Schedule
This is an on-site position working in our office Monday through Friday.
