About the role

As the Senior Client Associate, you will continue to develop industry knowledge and skills to support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients. You will work alongside experienced team members as you learn the business. Through hands-on learning, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to make client-related decisions independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and help retain business.
  • Learn about Gallagher’s vast network of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client materials.
  • Become proficient with industry knowledge and the GBS Professional Standards, including the "Peer Review" process that ensures quality in client deliverables.
  • Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and create client presentations.
  • Effectively present in open enrollment meetings, participate on client calls, and reply to clients via email.
  • Establish positive relationships in your office and support administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Complete all GBS Employee Benefits Curriculum and learn from your team.
  • Guide junior teammates and support the broader client service team during peak enrollment season.
  • Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior, and uphold The Gallagher Way.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.
