Sr. Client Advisory Services Accountant

About the role

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working directly with business clients, improving accounting processes, and helping companies make smarter financial decisions. At JCCS, our CAS team goes beyond traditional bookkeeping, we partner with business owners across Montana to provide financial clarity, strategic insights, and reliable accounting support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for business clients
• Manage monthly and quarterly accounting processes
• Support payroll processing and related reporting
• Aid clients with accounting system setup and improvements
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting preferred)
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
