Responsibilities
- Assist in benefit analysis and defining ROI.
- Define business objectives and goals.
- Identify and document stakeholders and organization impacts.
- Perform gap analysis to determine potential solutions.
- Aid in gathering business needs.
- Aid in facilitation of gathering requirements.
- Provide input to partners assisting with solution design.
- Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
- Create and edit claims workflows and processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the auto and casualty claims process preferred.
- Professional business analyst experience, including; planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting and communicating requirements.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- P&C industry experience a plus.
- 2+ years working in an agile environment preferred.
- 4+ years professional business analytics experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
- IIBA certification preferred.
Additional Knowledge And Skills
- Working effectively within an AI enabled environment.
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.

Compensation
- The base range for this role is: $96, 000 - $177,500.
- This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
