Responsibilities

  • Assist in benefit analysis and defining ROI.
  • Define business objectives and goals.
  • Identify and document stakeholders and organization impacts.
  • Perform gap analysis to determine potential solutions.
  • Aid in gathering business needs.
  • Aid in facilitation of gathering requirements.
  • Provide input to partners assisting with solution design.
  • Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
  • Create and edit claims workflows and processes.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of the auto and casualty claims process preferred.
  • Professional business analyst experience, including; planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting and communicating requirements.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • P&C industry experience a plus.
  • 2+ years working in an agile environment preferred.
  • 4+ years professional business analytics experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
  • IIBA certification preferred.

Additional Knowledge And Skills

  • Working effectively within an AI enabled environment.
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work.
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
  • Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.

Compensation

  • The base range for this role is: $96, 000 - $177,500.
  • This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
  • Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
