About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Channel Program Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Strategy & Planning team. In this role you will manage and optimize channel sales incentive programs, using financial and business analysis to evaluate program performance and ROI, drive informed investment decisions, improve processes, and collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end data integrity, modeling, and forecasting for all channel sales incentive programs, including calculating historical ROI to optimize future program design, projecting current performance, and building financial models to ensure programs remain within budget allocations.
  • Ensure program viability and operational feasibility by serving as the program operations expert, verifying that designed channel incentives can be efficiently executed within existing systems and operational frameworks before deployment.
  • Program manage system enhancements and process updates to introduce incremental functionality, optimize operational workflows, and drive ongoing program execution efficiencies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across Finance, Legal, Sales, and other stakeholders, adapting communication styles to align distinct functional objectives while successfully executing program goals.
  • Navigate and accelerate extensive cross‑functional approval processes under highly compressed timelines, driving complex workflows from conception to sign‑off.
  • Enforce strict adherence to the master operations calendar, proactively managing process consistency, driving structural efficiencies, and holding external dependencies accountable to deadlines so that all programs deploy exactly on schedule.

Must Haves

  • Proven experience in commercial channel sales operations, revenue operations, sales planning, or similar roles supporting commercial channel sales teams with deep understanding of partner incentive and enablement programs.
  • Direct ownership of sales forecasting, demand planning, or revenue planning functions, including data modeling based on historical actuals and market data.
  • Highly autonomous working style with a proven ability to take initiative, make decisions, and execute independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and self‑auditing work before moving processes forward.
  • Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and accelerate workflows to meet tight calendar deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen, including solid understanding of P&L mechanics, budget management, cost centers, and ability to evaluate financial risk during program modeling.
  • Experience with corporate governance and audit controls, specifically navigating legal reviews, finance compliance, or SOX regulations to ensure partner programs meet all structural requirements.
  • Advanced data‑stack proficiency, including deep knowledge of Excel and Salesforce, with hands‑on experience utilizing PowerBI or similar analytics dashboards.
  • Aptitude for leveraging AI tools to streamline complex workflows, deepen data analysis, and extract actionable insights from historical and forecasted channel trends.
  • Structured project‑management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, track, and coordinate multiple fast‑moving operational workstreams simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in Business; MBA or equivalent working experience.
