Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need to identify sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications? The posting includes "Requirements" bullet list. Also maybe "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" only if present. The posting mentions hybrid schedule: (Mon/Fri remote; Tues-Thurs in office). That's schedule info. So we should include a Schedule section with that detail. Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. So we include only sections with real content: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (list), Schedule (hybrid schedule). Possibly also Qualifications? The requirements already cover qualifications. We'll not duplicate. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to extract the description: "Full-time Description Are you ready to bring your marketing experience and ideas to life? We need to separate responsibilities and requirements. The responsibilities part is after "The Senior Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for ..." up to "Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required." That's a long paragraph with many duties separated by periods. We need to turn that into a list

    • . Each duty likely a sentence. We'll split by sentences that start with a verb. Let's extract duties: - executing the marketing strategies laid out by the Director of Marketing while developing channel specific campaigns for key retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Amazon for American Plastics. - Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including positioning, packaging, content, retail media, merchandising, and customer activation. - Identify consumer, category, and competitive trends to uncover whitespace and growth opportunities. - Translate insights into compelling recommendations and customer sell-in stories. - Develop innovative omnichannel marketing strategies that drive awareness, visibility, and conversion through retail media, social, influencers, in-store merchandising, and digital content. - Own digital shelf and content excellence across assigned retailers, ensuring product detail pages are accurate, compelling, optimized, and aligned with retailer requirements. - Champion the Voice of the Customer by understanding retailer priorities and translating customer needs and opportunities into actionable internal strategies. - Serve as the customer-facing marketing expert during customer meetings, line reviews/PLRs, innovation presentations, trade shows, and other key business interactions. - Develop compelling customer presentations and sales enablement tools that connect consumer insights, category opportunities, and product innovation to drive customer growth. - Lead retail media strategy and execution with agency partners, including planning, creative development, budgeting, optimization, measurement, and reporting. - Develop and optimize product content and copy using SEO, search insights, consumer research, and retailer-specific requirements to improve discoverability and conversion. - Develop channel-specific marketing calendars and activation plans aligned with product launches, promotions, media, merchandising, and customer priorities. - Track marketing performance and KPIs, translating results into recommendations that improve future programs and investment. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing to successfully commercialize new products and execute customer initiatives. - Manage budgets, agency resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. • . Now requirements: list items: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus. - 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in channel/customer marketing within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. - Private/white label experience a plus. - 5+ years of omnichannel experience across retail media, digital marketing, content, shopper marketing, merchandising, product, and/or brand management. - Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams, retail merchants, and cross-functional teams to drive growth and successfully commercialize new products and initiatives. - Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in across internal and external stakeholders. - Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. - Proven ability to identify consumer, category, and competitive trends, uncover growth opportunities, and translate insights into compelling customer recommendations. - Experience with Walmart and/or Sam’s Club and retailer platforms such as Retail Link, Item 360, Walmart Connect, and Scene7 is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills. - If you are interested in joining the American Plastics team and want to work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment, where your ideas turn into action, we want to hear from you. (This last sentence is more of a call to action; maybe we keep as prose not list? It's not a requirement. Could be part of closing. We'll treat as prose after requirements maybe as a

      . But the instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should list the requirements as items; the final sentence is not a requirement but a call to action; we could keep as a

after the list. Now About the role: The initial paragraphs before responsibilities: "Full-time Description Are you ready to bring your marketing experience and ideas to life?
