Sr. Channel Development Manager

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to drive bookings and enhance customer experience
• Identify, recruit, and develop new partners for sales and service expansion
• Forecast partner pipeline conversion with sales teams
• Lead sales strategy and business plans for assigned Partner accounts
• Enable partner sales and technical teams according to GTM plan
• Track partner performance and address enablement and pipeline gaps
• Develop new selling opportunities within Partner organizations
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to maximize execution and ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of proven channel management experience with a strong achievement against quota
• Experience in the growth of top Distribution Managed Partners through Distributors
• Proficient in collaborating with teams for marketing activities and optimizing investment returns
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision making
• Effective English communicator, professionally fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time

Pay

$231,120 – $288,900 annually
