Sr. CAD Specialist

This position is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Developing engineered construction plans using advanced drafting and 3D modeling software.
• Creating existing conditions drawings from as-builts, aerial imagery, field notes, and survey data.
• Producing foundation location plans with detailed annotations and dimensions.
• Setting up drawing packages, including sheets, title blocks, notes, and details.
• Creating and modifying structural 3D models.
• Plotting drawings for engineering review.
• Updating drawings based on direction from Design Coordinators and Project Engineers.
• Ensuring compliance with ENE and client CAD standards.
• Maintaining project base file structures while effectively communicating updates across the project team.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in design skills, AutoCAD, Plant 3D or CADworx.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certificate in drafting or other technical skill preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized to stay on task and complete projects within budget.
• Detail oriented for producing a great quality package.
• Self-motivated for striving to build upon previous successes.
