Sr Business System Analyst - Supply Chain (US Remote)

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations stakeholders to identify requirements and pain points
• Develop functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS R12 and MES
• Implement and maintain Manufacturing Execution System technologies
• Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and requirements
• Oversee operations within a world-class Supply Chain manufacturing environment
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve production issues with IT support teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES systems
• Knowledge of MES systems like Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, or GE Proficy is preferred
• Experience with corporate IT solutions (Mulesoft, OIC, GenAI)
• Proven ability to work in agile scrum methodologies

Pay

$160,000 – $170,000 annually
