Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to help us monitor and improve warehouse and supply chain performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and operational teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Operating with a clear bias-to-action to respond to customer needs
  • Working with large, complex data sets and using advanced analytics techniques to extract insights and inform business decisions
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns and inform decision-making
  • Performing and participating in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, and developing reports to track key metrics and results
  • Able to quickly learn and apply new technical, analytical, and operational knowledge to build better solutions
  • Mentoring and guiding more junior team members in data analysis and visualization best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of business intelligence, analytics, and supply chain optimization
  • Driving Business Process Improvement within the Data Science, Reporting, and Analytics team by automating reporting, re-engineering dashboards and adding proactive visibility capabilities

Pay

$98,500 – $147,800 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience
