Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Specialist, externally recognized as a Business Intelligence Manager, to join our Global Distribution Management Team and help shape dealer and distribution performance across North America.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Performance
- Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing dealer and distribution performance across North America, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
- Support senior leadership decisions and improve operational and financial performance across the region.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that bring key performance indicators to life.
- Translate complex data into clear business stories that improve visibility and strengthen data-driven decision making.
- Build solutions that simplify complexity, reduce manual reporting, standardize performance measurement, and improve efficiency, service, and cost performance.
- Partner with Sales, Aftersales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and business leaders to support transformation projects, digital initiatives, and the future of AGCO’s distribution network.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience in analytics, reporting, data engineering, commercial operations, or business performance.
- Confidence using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, heavy equipment, industrial environments, or dealer and distribution networks would be highly regarded.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems, project management, process improvement, or tools such as Python, Tableau, Qlik, or ArcGIS would also be beneficial.
