  • Champion Operational Rigor & Scale: Implement and maintain consistent processes, performance tracking frameworks, and dashboards to bring structure and visibility across all IPPM initiatives.
  • Enable Capability & Skill Transformation: Partner with leadership to roll out and operationalize training and development programs aimed at leveling up skills and capabilities across a transforming global organization.
  • Drive Organizational Communications & Strategic Initiatives: Manage internal communication channels to foster team engagement, information-sharing, and community building, while supporting the Chief of Staff on prioritized, high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows, with a natural curiosity to innovate on standard business operations processes and practices.
  • Strong skills in operational execution and process scaling, as well as data-driven insights and decision support.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to execute across multiple priorities while partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills and experience supporting executive-level deliverables.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or additional equivalent experience as stated above.
