- Manage job postings and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with candidates through various channels
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of candidate and employer data
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Contribute to improving the user experience and functionality of the platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based systems and databases
- Knowledge of HRIS and ATS software
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Technical proficiency in web development and SEO
- Experience with social media marketing and analytics
