Sr. Business/Functional Analyst II – Lewisville, TX

Education

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related, Math, any Engineering, or Business related.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering to write functional specification documents.
• Design Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions using best business practices to meet customer needs.
• Create system interfaces to facilitate data flow between customer and external business partners, configure systems, and enhance solutions.
• Use testing skills to define and execute tests to ensure solutions meet customer and project specifications.
• Create project plans, scopes, and documents and communicate project status.
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, and assess internal controls that mitigate these risks.
• Utilize Oracle ERP, Siebel CRM, Peoplesoft, and SAP.
• Provide business user training and end-user support.
• Travel/relocate to various unanticipated client sites within the United States as required.
