About the role
The Sr. Business Director - Tri State IMM will lead a team responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for autoimmune diseases. This includes HCPs in dedicated rheumatology and dermatology practices, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts. The role involves partnering with key customers in the rheumatology and dermatology space to increase Lilly’s ability to drive adoption of new and existing therapies.
Responsibilities
- Understands marketplace within district and utilizes appropriate business analytic resources to meet the needs of customers and drive results in alignment with corporate vision and objectives.
- Coaches team to navigate the ever-changing healthcare environment to increase understanding of accounts and become a trusted partner.
- Models a growth mindset to coach and lead others through challenges to stay focused on creating positive experiences.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Builds a high-functioning team; partners across the organization to identify and recruit diverse top talent.
- Coaching: Embraces and coaches team utilizing Lilly’s coaching and selling models to elevate performance. Defines clear expectations, tracks and handles progress, differentiates performance, and holds individuals accountable.
- Ongoing Career Development: Promotes ongoing learning for career development and advancement through consistent career coaching dialogues.
- Sales Activity: Achieves the team’s targeted activity metrics while acting in a manner consistent with internal policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Pay
The anticipated wage for this position is $157,500 - $257,400.
Schedule
This is a full-time position.
